Today I had a meltdown… A FULL on anxiety attack

Today I had a meltdown…
A FULL on anxiety attack.
Crying my eyes out in the shower.
Thinking too little of myself.
Full of fear.
And you know what?
My husband LOVED me through it.
He held me and made me feel beautiful.
We don’t talk about those moments enough.
The moments we are super low
& the times our spouse shows up for us when it’s hard.
Because let’s be honest…
We aren’t always the easiest people to comfort.
We push the comfort away in the midst of the pain.
But this guy…
The handsome man in this photo,
He showed up in a way no one else ever did.
I love this man.
I’m not perfect.
He’s not perfect.
But you know what was perfect?
Him holding me while I was crying,
Reminding me I am enough,
I am worthy to be loved,
I am smart,
& that I am beautiful.
Thank you God for giving me this man.
Not only for the good days,
But for the day I need to feel seen.

Today my husband was my #1 fan.
Today God reminded me of how blessed I truly am.
